Calling for entrants in our second annual Fall in Love with Ogden Valley Photography Day Contest!
Eden 1900 has created the Fall in Love with Ogden Valley Photography Day Contest in order to include our talented local photographers with the annual Plein Air Contest. Photography Day provides photographers with one 24-hour period from 4 PM on September 30, 2022, until the same time on October 1, 2022, to take their best shots somewhere within the Ogden Valley. Digital photographic images are to be submitted by 7 PM on October 1, 2022, for consideration in the contest.

Contest entry photographs must be taken within the Ogden Valley and may include almost any subject such as people, landscapes, buildings, reflections, and all variety of flora and fauna. Photography Day is a juried competition. Photographs not selected/approved by the juror will not be judged or displayed at the art gallery.
Photographers may enter the contest by paying their entry fee online with the button below and including their email and contact information with their order. After paying the entry fee through the digital shopping cart, entrants will receive a confirmation email with submittal instructions.
Once the Gallery receives your online order, it will send you a confirmation email allowing you to submit your first digital photograph and also send you a link for your second, third, and subsequent entries which are paid separately. The entry fee is just $15 for the first photo, $10 for the second, and $5 each for subsequent entries. Include a message about your desire to submit additional entries with your first submittal. Entries are limited to no more than 10 entries per photographer.
Time Restriction: The time limit is designed to help achieve a Plein Air feel, all entry photographs must be taken somewhere in the Ogden Valley between 4 PM on September 30, 2022, and 4 PM on October 1, 2022. Digital images are to be submitted electronically and must be received before 7 PM on October 1, 2022. Entry fees should be paid by 4:00 PM on October 1, 2022, to be sure you receive the confirmation email and have time to submit your photograph(s) before 7 PM. Be sure to mention whether the photograph is modified or unmodified in your submittal email. There MAY be additional prizes in different categories. Prizes for this contest will be based on the entry fees collected.
In addition to a cash prize, first, second, and third place winning photographs will be made into 8″ by 10″ prints for display/sale at Eden 1900 Art Gallery. Contest entries will be displayed electronically in the Art Gallery and on the Eden1900.com website through December 3, 2022.
